This Privacy Policy explains how Block Builder ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the mobile game published under the package name com.starmeow.blockbuilder.

The App is a casual puzzle game. We do not require an account, and we do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

- Game progress stored on your device: score, best score, level progress, settings, gem progress, and similar local gameplay state.
- Gameplay and app events: app open, level start, level end, score, steps, revive/ad events, button clicks, and related gameplay metrics.
- Device and app information: platform, operating system, device model, app version, package information, crash or diagnostic context, and network request metadata such as IP address.
- Identifiers: an anonymous player identifier generated by the App, a device identifier where available, and advertising identifiers or similar identifiers handled by Google Mobile Ads for advertising and consent purposes.
- Advertising and consent data: ad loading, ad display, ad completion, reward status, and consent choices handled through Google User Messaging Platform where required.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
- run the game and save your local progress;
- provide rewarded ads and interstitial ads;
- measure game performance, level difficulty, retention, and ad reliability;
- detect, debug, and fix technical issues;
- comply with platform, legal, fraud prevention, and security requirements.
3. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party or service-provider technologies:
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK / Google User Messaging Platform: used to show ads, manage ad consent where required, measure ad delivery, and prevent fraud. Google may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, and ad interaction data under Google's own policies. - Starmeow Analytics: used for first-party product analytics. Events may include anonymous player identifiers, device/app information, gameplay events, ad lifecycle events, timestamps, and IP address processed by the server for security, routing, and coarse region analytics.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the App to collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or camera data.
4. Data Sharing
We may share information only in the following cases:
- with service providers that help us operate analytics, advertising, hosting, security, and debugging;
- with Google and its advertising partners as part of Google Mobile Ads and consent management;
- when required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request;
- to protect the rights, property, and safety of users, the App, the developer, or the public.
5. Local Storage
The App stores game progress and settings locally on your device. This local data is used to continue your game, remember audio/vibration preferences, and display your progress. You can delete local App data by using your device's app settings or uninstalling the App.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the App, clear the App's storage, or the App replaces it during normal gameplay.
Analytics and advertising-related records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including analytics, security, debugging, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. To request deletion of data associated with your device or anonymous player identifier, contact us using the email address below. We may ask for information needed to locate the relevant records.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed by the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us using the email address below. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
9. Your Choices
- You can reset or limit advertising identifiers through your device settings where supported.
- Where Google consent forms are shown, you can make or update ad consent choices through the options presented by Google.
- You can stop all collection by uninstalling the App.
- You can request access, deletion, or correction by contacting us.
10. International Processing
Information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. Data protection laws in those places may differ from the laws in your region.
